DEFENSIVE LINE
NIKE Coaches' DL MVP:
 Max Issaka, 6-1.5, 226, Woodbridge (Woodbridge, N.J.)
Best College Prospect: Max Issaka
Strongest DL (NIKE Combine verified): Richard Karb, 6-0.5, 231, Freedom (Bethlehem, Pa.), 44-0 power ball throw
Highest SPARQ Rated DL: Richard Karb, 6-0.5, 231, Freedom (Bethlehem, Pa.), 93.42
Sleeper Who Emerged: Donnie Simmons, 6-1.5, 222, Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, N.Y.)
Top Underclassmen: Eddie Goldman, 6-3.5, 303, Friendship Collegiate Academy (Washington, D.C.)- 2012

Max Issaka came out to the camp while recovering from a partial torn meniscus and still dominated every phase. Has great speed and a quick first step, but still needs to develop a counter move rather than just relying on his speed. Rutgers, Pitt, Maryland and Penn State lead, but the Nittany Lions have offered.

Marco Jones, 6-foot-3, 242 pounds from Boys Latin School (Baltimore, Md.) is a player with a frame to play inside or outside in college. Cut his head during one-on-ones and had to sit out several reps which may have cost him MVP. Has good strength and first step quickness, but needs work on his pad level. Virginia, Rutgers and Penn State have lead and all have offered.

Brandon Chudnoff, 6-foot-2, 223 pounds from Washington (Philadelphia, Pa.) looks like a college linebacker. Showed good speed off the edge and is a natural pass rusher, but needs to develop a counter move. Decent with his hands and plays with good pad level, but can improve in both areas. Penn State, Pitt and Notre Dame are his top three right now.

Others who impressed:
*Donnie Simmons, 6-1.5, 222, Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, N.Y.)
*Eddie Goldman, 6-3.5, 303, Friendship Collegiate Academy (Washington, D.C.)- 2012
*JuWuan Ferrell, 5-10.5, 213, Cosby (Chesterfield, Va.)

Donnie was offered a football scholarship to attend Akron University on Thursday  by Coach Rob Ianello ! Congratulations to  Donnie & his family.
